The rule of thirds at first seem to be a very complicated system when it was first taught to us. As the day went on and we actually went out and explored the concept it gradually became easier. The result from start to finish tells a pattern of my photographs. My picture of Yan Moreas was a taken using the rule of thirds and it was one of my prominent photos.
I placed Yan in front of the class room backdrop of flowers and aligned him with my imaginary grid. The focus point was obviously him with camera. In my grid i placed his eyes on the intersecting lines. I thought my picture looked better using the rule of thirds than it would have looked if i had done it by my own.
