NYC Journeys

   This week was full of great photos, great buildings, and nice views This week we went to High Line Park in NYC, Lower Manhattan, and Time Square. Even though i did not go to the trip to time square i was still able to take photos of some people things i saw. All of these trips was filled with many things to take photos of and what maid the trips so good to is the weather was perfect to go and take pictures. The hardest thing out of the whole week was maybe trying not to repeat the same photo and get your exposure right because of the sun, but besides that the week was fun and full of photos.

  The first trip was to High Line Park in NYC. When we first got there i was pretty amazed, because there were so many flowers and so many tall building. While There i took many photos of flowers and one of my favorite is the photo above. Which was a picture of this nice big purple flower and on this nice flower was a butterfly. I really liked this photo because the flower and the butterfly are in focus and show great detail while the background in all blurred out. I feel that because the background is all blurred out that your eyes are drawn to the flower and butterfly, also the color to me just pops out in this photo as well. This is just one of my many nice photos from High Line Park.
   The second day was a trip to lower Manhattan and this was probably the best trip in my opinion. While there we walked onto the Brooklyn bridge and took amazing photos. The only problem i had with the Brooklyn Bridge is that it was really crowded and it was really hard to get a photo. I felt i was taking a lot of snap shots because it was so crowded and i could not stand in a spot for a period of time without someone bumping into my shoulder. When i got off the bridge me and my friends went into the city more where all the buildings are and we paid a visit to wall street. While there we saw a lot of great tall building, but the best part of the trip was when I went all the way down to the seaport. There i was able to get a good view of the Brooklyn bridge and all the water itself. The picture above was taken of a rail in front of the water and the reason i like this photo is because the way the lines of the rail are focused and the water is blurred and shiny and it looks like there are diamonds in the water.
   The last trip was to Time Square NYC, but i did not attended this trip. Even though i did not attend the trip i have taken photos in time square and there are amazing building there, but since i did not go i choose another photo from High Line Park NYC. The photo above with the picture of water is one of my favorite photos because it A piece of metal of water on the ground with water on it and to me it just pops out. The textures in the photo really pop out to me. Also i like how it says water and there is water on it, it's like duh i know there water. This is why the photo was such a good one. In all the trip was full of great photos and a great time.
