On May 9th the photography class went to the second field trip. The second field trip was in Newport, Jersey City. Although the weather was not good we still went and took good pictures. We went to Newport using the NJ PATH. When we got there I thought the weather would ruin my pictures but when I started taking pictures the weather was great for my best pictures. Walking around Newport, I saw a good car and I took a picture of it. I saw different elements and different principles of photography.
Ruben: All three photos seem to focus on the element of pattern/repetition. During the next weeks, try to experiment with the many other elements and principles of photography that we have been discussing in class. Your work is improving.
